Pole Barn Packages

Shops, garages, hay and equipment barns. Built to the 2021 International Building Code, with 23', 30', and 40' widths in stock and custom sizes on request. Poles, trusses, 29-gauge steel, trim, and hardware come in one package.

House Packages

The outside shell of a home: 2x6 walls, roof trusses, a 40-year metal roof, entry doors, windows, and T1-11 siding or OSB and house wrap. Materials only: you or your builder put it up, and you finish the inside your way.

Not included

A floor plan, concrete or dirt work, interior walls, insulation, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, and flooring. Lumber isn't cut to length, so you'll want some building know-how.
